Where do I get the activation key?

Pardon the stupid question but how do I get the activation key after making the Paypal payment? I received an e-mail from Paypal but it only has their confirmation number but no activation key. Does it come in separate e-mail? How long does it typically take?

It can take up to 24 hours but usually only a few. I sent you an email, please respond to it and I can get your Key out quickly tonight (assuming I get your reply in the next 3 hours).

I got my cables today and am ready to start the calibration process. Before I begin, I have one question. I have had the Kuro hanging on the wall during the entire 150 hour break-in; which ends tomorrow morning, can't wait for next months electric bill :( I'm going to have take the TV off the wall and set it on the couch to reconnect the base before I hook up ControlCAL. My question is, will laying the TV down undo all the break-in effort by stirring up the phosphors?

Hi, I just donated $35 for the activation key and also donated another $35 to become a "Registered Supporter" on the forum. Are these donations redundant? I honestly could not figure out if I needed to make one donation to get a "Registered Activation Key" and another donation to become a "Registered Supporter." I have a Pioneer Elite Pro-141FD, so I really need the activation key in order to program my tv, and I already went out and bought the necessary cables.

Also, after PayPal, you should receive an email or two within a few hours - please answer the questions.

I'd like to make a suggestion. It is not obvious in the FAQs/guides that there is a delay in getting an activation code. I had arranged my schedule to be able to work with my TV this morning. I made my donation late last night to activate the software in preparation for today. I've responded to the question email last night but have not yet received my activation code.

In the various FAQs/guides that I had read in preparation, I don't recall seeing the delay in activation mentioned. If I had been made aware of it I would have started getting ready sooner. I suggest you update the FAQ's to give us a heads up that there is a delay involved.

I just ordered the patch and serial cable package for my KRP 600M.
I contacted Robert Busch (Northern CA-Bay Area, Sacramento) and he will be calibrating my panel on Oct. 8. This will be his first 600m with the patch to calibrate. He has calibrated 600Ms without the patch. I also have a pre-Kuro Elite 1140 that he says he will calibrate for a package price. He seems like a very knowledgeable and very nice guy.

i made the donation via paypal yesterday and have faxed the agreement to the number provided in the agreement. filled out and signed.

i'm not sure where to download the software. plus i would also need the activation codes.
won't be using it till this friday but i was just hoping to get it all ready. i bought the pro version of the krp patcher
and am having it calibrated (not dyi).

Received the cable and USB adopter today! Loaded drivers on Windows 7 and had no problem setting up the COM port.


It's been a few days since I made the donation and sent you the answers to your questions.
