I verified it works with another direcTV receiver that its not the antenna / cable. Make sure in the auto installation it is set to air and not cable. :) bd1 01-14-2009, 07:49 PM One odd thing i did notice was: loss of Channel Table for DTV. After coldboot w/ power button behind set, I went thru the Home vs Retail setup and no digital channels were found for Digital tuner - I had quite a few prior to using program, now just get invalid op. I'm certain nothing else in ControlCal was touched, instructions were followed step-by-step and I coldbooted a few times & no diff. oops !! user error due to impatience. i coldbooted 1 more time, re-ran setup AND let it finish scan, which did take a long time but all digital chs are now back...:) thanks Turbe for your quick reply. |
