calibrate A 6020 kuro

:please:Does anyone know if it is possible to calibrate the 6020 yourself? If you get a claibration kit for 2 to 300 bucks how do you use it ? i see some of them just place them on the screen and use the tv remote to adjust the user controls but the 6020 has a special professional code needed to get to those controls. How do you get into this part of the tv?

Yes, it's possible to calibrate yourself the non-elite. What meter were you thinking of getting to do your own calibration?

I wasnt sure which calibration kit to get as i dont know much about them or how to use them to unlock the pioneer to get you to the calibration settings. I have been reading about many possible options but im not sure which is best for a first time calibrator.
