Hi, :hiya:

Did you verify ControlCAL's port setting (COM Port) is set to the one that the ControlCAL USB Adapter is configured to? Need to match up the COM Port and the Port Settings.

What COM Port is the Adapter configured for (need to go into your Control Panel).

What O/S are you using. Did you install the USB Serial Adapter's drivers before plugging the Adapter in your computer's USB Port?

Do you have the 9G ISFccc Regions1 Display Profile loaded?

Double check the cable connections including on back of your Elite.

In ControlCAL's Terminal Window, when you press the POWER ON button on the Profile, do you see:

<---- SENT
----> RECEIVED

?

There is a NOTE (titled IMPORTANT!) that comes with the Bundle. Did you toss it out? :(

XP, Do you have a link so I can reload them? Did you download the drivers and install them in the first place?

Most likely, you have ControlCAL set to the COM Port of your computer's internal modem.

Unplug the adapter, Reboot and follow the instructions Here (http://www.controlcal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=176).

Well I hope I didn't celebrate too early:confused:

When I send a command/setting I'm getting "RECEIVED ERROR CODE" on every adjustment, should I be concerned?

You are now able to POWER ON/OFF the Display with the Buttons, right?

If so, study these Threads (you need to read them before doing anything, then follow them step by step):

Step-by-Step Instructions to activate an ISF Memory:

I have read and do have copies in hand, from the time I did this in early February, for some reason after I started all over again this time (another reboot) it worked perfect, all green no red.

Once again, Thank-U for your time and the invaluable information.

If you can't Power ON/OFF, don't bother trying START CALIBRATION.

Looks like you may have ControlCAL set to the wrong COM Port since you are seeing ----> RECEIVED

You may have it Set to a Modem.

I just thought of something else, what does the Window's Title Bar say "PROFILE: Mitsubishi HC Series Projectors" ?

What Display Model do you have? If you have a Pioneer, you want to open/load the Pioneer Display Profile for your Model in ControlCAL (MENU/FILE/OPEN) and use the POWER ON/OFF Buttons in that Display Profile.

ControlCAL does have a Built-In Display Profile, which is the Mitsubishi one. This won't work on Pioneers.
