Help I'm going crazy

OK turbe I downloaded the driver for the serial adapter.Then i checked in the control panel to make sure it was connected right.Then I followed the instructions on the e-mail as closely as I could.Next I opened the files and the controlcal screen came up that I had to enter the email information(thanks for answering that question earlier) all was great.Then I connected everything and made sure the connections were right.I started controlcal and the two profile screens I get is for a Mits. projector.Did I download the wrong profile or is something connected wrong?Next time I know to let my wife do it because I probably would not have made it this far without her.She convinced me it was so easy I could do it and left.I guess I proved her wrong:oops:.Please help:please:

Hi :hiya:

The Mits Profile is a built in Profile. Use MENU/FILE/OPEN to open/load the profile you want to use (and had already download/extracted into your ControlCAL directory). :devil:

After telling my wife for 20 years to read the instructions first now i'm guilty of it. I could not figure out what I was doing wrong and she asked me did I read the instructions and I said of course. She sat down read the instructions,turned on the computer and ran the program.I asked her how did you do it? She smiled shut down the computer and handed me the instructions she printed out and said follow your own advice and read.lol.I followed the instructions to the letter and bam everything went smoothly.
