Nice review, well done D-Nice.
Makes me want one, but I will hold out for ECC which will hopefully include a proper CMS. It was really nice to read about that in your review and I can only hope that Pioneer will heed the call for this calibration control that should have been there from the start when they call it Color Management in the menu.

Great review here!
Did you use your PR-buddy meter?
P.S. - Shawn it would be nice if you could unpack the PDF to html, to make the thread grow easily.

Do you mean 10Gs?Yep, that's the one. ;)
PS Or perhaps I should add, that's the one if and when it gives true blacks, i.e. 0.000 fL regardless of scene content. I hope that will be 10G, if not I will wait for 11G or go for another make should Pioneer not be the best at that time.

Yep, that's the one. ;)
Very curious about those panels... they should be the first ones crafted from matsushita....

The PR-655 came back from re-cal to late for me to try to perform and post charts using that meter. I have since checked the i1pro cal against the PR-655 and DeltaE differences were negligible.
